The Hibachi
Opened it's doors in December of 2009, the Hibachi was created as a one stop shop for Poke, marinated meats, wine, beer, sake, etc.. for anyone going to a "Hibachi" with friends. We also sell dips and chips from the Hawaiian chip company, JJ's pastries and Green Point nursery anthuriums. Please visit our sister store, Hibachi Honolulu Market, located in Kakaako's Keauhou Lane.

Local
We always strive for the the best customer service and
products. We use fresh local fish (not the frozen stuff) for our Poke
which doesn't always necessarily have to be Ahi.
Known for
the Hibachi has built a reputation for fresh local fish for
Poke. Customers still come to us for our BBQ Chicken and
Boneless Kalbi but Poke has been our go to item.

Variety
Different styles of ahi poke include; plain with 4 choices of sauces, spicy masago, limu kukui, thai basil,
etc... other poke choices other than ahi are baby scallops, tofu, crab, etc...

Various hibachi made sides include cabbage kim chee, choi sum, glass noodles, etc...
